What We Did...
WorkShoots / Heibel Media
The client, who is a very talented, professional photographer, has a business called WorkShoots. His clients come to his studio to learn, work and play using their cameras. He teaches, and has studio lighting, backdrops and other equipment for students to use.
The WorkShoots logo was not "picture perfect," so we were brought in to make some needed refinements. The owner wanted a logo that could be used two ways: with and without an image of one of his models. He also needed a simple version of the logo for use on staff clothing.
We made several versions using a serif type font similar to the one he was using. The new font was stronger and easier to read. The black underline was angled to match the W of the name and included reversed copy. A simplified logo was made using the WS letters.
We also produced a counter display with promotional cards. Although we did not work on their website, here is the link showing the logo in use: www.workshoots.com.
